Consultant, Program Management About Our Firm: Granite Solutions Groupe provides financial services decision makers with people and solutions that deliver. Our clients count on us to deliver the right talent at the right time to achieve critical business results. We leverage our industry knowledge and passion for client priorities to deliver human capital solutions. GSG was founded in 1998 as a consulting firm delivering project management and technology solutions for the financial services industry. GSG now has a global presence, with team members deployed across the U.S. at Fortune 1000 companies and high-performing Fintech firms. High-caliber consultants are the face of GSG at our client organizations and offices. We value the deep relationships we have with our consultants that enable us to place them in roles where their skills will have an immediate impact. The GSG consulting team is comprised of diverse, experienced, driven, and dynamic contributors who excel at getting things done. About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical backend system migration. This is a day-to-day, hands-on role working closely with the Product Engineering team to consolidate systems, reduce technical complexity, and execute a major data migration event. The successful candidate will proactively drive the program, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration, while maintaining the functionality of downstream systems. This role offers the opportunity to lead a strategically important program that has a direct impact on operational efficiency and system modernization. Responsibilities: • Serve as the day-to-day Program Manager, taking full ownership of the migration program and ensuring all phases are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. • Lead and coordinate backend system migration, including a high-impact data migration event. • Oversee vendor engagement and ensure strong collaboration with internal teams to achieve program objectives. • Plan, track, and execute program activities, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues when appropriate. • Gather and analyze system requirements, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities to streamline processes and reduce complexity. • Partner closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience leading complex backend technology and data migration projects within enterprise environments. • Demonstrated experience managing data migration events, including planning, validation, and execution. • Strong understanding of backend system integrations, platform migrations, and the interdependencies of complex technical ecosystems. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Self-driven, independent, and confident in decision-making while maintaining professionalism and respect across teams. Preferred Skills: • Experience in financial services or enterprise platform systems. • Experience managing third-party vendors and vendor relationships. • Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards. • Ability to drive invisible, high-impact programs that minimize disruption to existing operations. Employee Benefits: GSG is excited to offer its consultants a robust option of benefits which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage. You will receive company-paid life insurance. In addition, we hope you will take advantage of eligible commuter benefits-like paying for work-related public transit and parking with pre-tax dollars. Save for your retirement with pre-tax contributions that go directly into your 401K. We also care about your pets with several options for pet insurance, discount card and prescriptions. GSG’s Commitment to Diversity: As a diverse-owned business, GSG is committed to creating a diverse workforce, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
