You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with ASSA ABLOY’s mission of enhancing access and security. What You Bring: - You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in electromechanical or related technical fields. - You possess strong knowledge of electromechanical products and access control systems. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the security or access solutions industry. - Technical certifications related to electromechanical systems or security. - Familiarity with regional market dynamics in the Americas. - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French.
