What You'll Do: - You will identify and develop new business opportunities within the electromechanical sector. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales potential. - You will collaborate with technical teams to provide expert product knowledge and support. - You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - You will negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. - You will participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote ASSA ABLOY’s products. - You will provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands. What You Bring: - You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in electromechanical or related technical fields. - You possess strong knowledge of electromechanical products and access control systems. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the security or access solutions industry. - Technical certifications related to electromechanical systems or security. - Familiarity with regional market dynamics in the Americas. - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French.
