You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electromechanical sector. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - You will present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. - You will prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of sales experience in electromechanical or related technical products. - You possess strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and access control solutions. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the security or access control industry. - Technical background or engineering degree. - Established network of industry contacts. - Ability to travel frequently as required.
