What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in electromechanical or related technical fields. - Strong understanding of electromechanical products and access control systems. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the security or access control industry. - Technical background or engineering degree. - Familiarity with installation and service processes. - Multilingual abilities.
