Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, Architectural, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors to promote our product portfolio and deliver tailored access solutions. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain relationships with key architectural clients and industry professionals. - You will identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within your territory. - You will present and demonstrate ASSA ABLOY’s architectural products and solutions to potential customers. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion. - You will track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will prepare sales reports and forecasts to support business planning. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide technical support and product training to clients as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in architectural hardware or related industries. - Strong knowledge of architectural products, building codes, and industry standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to travel within assigned territory as required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with architects, contractors, and specification writers. - Technical background or certification in architectural hardware or security systems. - Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification. - Multilingual skills to support diverse client base.
