Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will spearhead growth initiatives within the data center sector, identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. Your role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center industry. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets. - You will prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management. - You will participate in industry events and conferences to enhance company visibility. - You will mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and access solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
