Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ASSA ABLOY's presence in the rapidly growing data center market. You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by aligning our innovative access solutions with the unique needs of data center clients. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ASSA ABLOY's footprint. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and security requirements. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with access control or security solutions. - Established network within the data center industry. - MBA or advanced business qualification. - Familiarity with global market trends and regulatory environments.
