What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies specifically targeting the data center sector. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ASSA ABLOY's footprint in data center access solutions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including data center operators, architects, and consultants. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose customized solutions that address client needs. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and business growth. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control technologies. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
