What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access/security solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the access control or security solutions industry. - Established network within the data center industry. - Advanced degree or relevant certifications in business development or sales. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
