Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the data center industry. Your role is pivotal in expanding ASSA ABLOY's presence in this critical market segment. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting data center clients. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase market share. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the data center or security solutions industry. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control technologies. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
