You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by aligning our innovative access solutions with the unique needs of data center customers. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base. - You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with market demands. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in data centers. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. - You will lead proposal development and negotiate contracts to secure new business. - You will track and report on business development performance metrics. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business in complex B2B environments. - Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and security requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and lead strategic initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with access control or security solutions in the data center industry. - Established network of contacts within the data center market. - MBA or advanced business qualification. - Familiarity with emerging technologies impacting data center security.
