Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the data center sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. - You will collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that support company objectives. - You will prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management. - You will mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and related technologies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
