Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ASSA ABLOY's presence in the data center market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives to support our access solutions portfolio. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center sector. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will lead market analysis to understand trends and competitive landscape. - You will prepare and present business proposals and strategic plans to senior management. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth accurately. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market demands. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and access control solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
