You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support ASSA ABLOY’s continued success in this dynamic industry. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or related technology sectors. - You possess strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and access solutions. - You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - You are adept at strategic thinking and market analysis. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the security or access control industry. - Established network within the data center industry. - Advanced degree or certifications related to business development or technology. - Familiarity with global market dynamics and international business practices.
