Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the data center sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support ASSA ABLOY’s continued success in this dynamic industry. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or related technology sectors. - You possess strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and access solutions. - You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - You are adept at strategic thinking and market analysis. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the security or access control industry. - Established network within the data center industry. - Advanced degree or certifications related to business development or technology. - Familiarity with global market dynamics and international business practices.
