What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ASSA ABLOY's footprint. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the data center sector. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
