Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ASSA ABLOY's presence in the data center market. You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by aligning our innovative access solutions with the unique needs of data center customers. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ASSA ABLOY's footprint. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the data center sector. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the security or access solutions industry. - Established network within the data center market. - Advanced degree or certifications related to business development or security. - Familiarity with global market dynamics and international business practices.
