Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the data center sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support the company’s long-term objectives. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue and market share. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast business growth accurately. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY Americas at industry events and conferences. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and access solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a global organization or multinational environment. - Knowledge of security and access control technologies. - MBA or advanced business qualification. - Established network within the data center industry.
