Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the data center sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support our continued success in this dynamic industry. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY Americas at industry events and conferences. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and access solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
