What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align offerings with market demands. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the data center industry. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. - You will prepare and present business proposals and sales forecasts to senior management. - You will lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY Americas at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles. - Strong understanding of data center operations and security requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with access control or security solutions in the data center environment. - Established network within the data center industry. - MBA or advanced business qualification. - Familiarity with global market trends and regulatory standards affecting data centers.
