What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive business growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY Americas at industry events and conferences. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and access solutions. - Proven track record of successfully driving sales and business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
