Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the data center sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored access solutions that meet the unique needs of data center customers. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center market. - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - You will collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions for data center customers. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY Americas at industry events and conferences. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the data center or security solutions industry. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control technologies. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
