Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will spearhead growth initiatives within the rapidly evolving data center sector. Your role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by aligning ASSA ABLOY’s access solutions with the unique needs of data center clients. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies targeting the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and security requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the access solutions or security industry. - Established network within the data center industry. - MBA or advanced business qualification. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
