Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ASSA ABLOY's presence in the rapidly growing data center market. You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by aligning our innovative access solutions with the unique needs of data center customers. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including data center operators and industry partners. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - You have a strong understanding of data center operations and access control technologies. - You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - You are adept at strategic thinking and market analysis. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
