You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by delivering tailored access solutions that meet the unique needs of data center environments. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies specifically targeting the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ASSA ABLOY's footprint in data center access solutions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including data center operators, architects, and consultants. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose customized access solutions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and customer needs. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - You have a strong understanding of data center operations and security requirements. - You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with diverse stakeholders. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the access control or security solutions industry. - Technical knowledge of access hardware and software systems. - Established network within the data center industry. - Experience managing a sales team or leading cross-functional projects.
