Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Center solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the data center sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support ASSA ABLOY’s continued success in this dynamic industry. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or access solutions industry. - Strong understanding of data center operations and security requirements. - Proven track record of successfully driving sales and business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
