You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by aligning our innovative access solutions with the unique needs of data center customers. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center industry. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our customer base. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the data center or related technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
