Role Overview: As the Manager of Business Development for Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ASSA ABLOY's presence in the data center market. You will lead strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by delivering tailored access solutions that meet the unique needs of data center environments. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies specifically targeting the data center sector. - You will identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ASSA ABLOY's footprint in data center access solutions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address the specific security and operational needs of data centers. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and customer requirements. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. - You will prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and reports to senior management. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the data center or security solutions industry. - You possess strong knowledge of data center operations and access control technologies. - You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You are adept at strategic planning and market analysis. - You demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
