You will lead strategic initiatives to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by aligning our access solutions with the unique needs of data center environments. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the data center market. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the data center industry. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align solutions with market demands. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that contribute to revenue growth. - You will represent ASSA ABLOY Americas at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the data center or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of data center operations and access control solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the security or access solutions industry. - Established network within the data center industry. - Advanced degree or certifications related to business development or security. - Familiarity with global market trends and regulatory requirements affecting data centers.
