Overview Aspire365 is a 12-Month In-Home Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program and is seeking highly self-motivated individuals who are committed and compassionate, willing to be challenged and who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Adolescent and Family Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This role provides direct support to children, adolescents, and their families within our Child and Family Program as well as our Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program. This is a part-time position where services are delivered to the client through in-home and telemedicine visits. If you are a caring, dedicated professional who possesses strong communication skills and a true desire to help others, this is the position for you! In this role, you will interact with clients and families, referral sources, field staff, and members of the local medical community. By providing evidence-based approaches and working side by side with each member of the Recovery Support Team, your engagement with clients and community partners will provide valuable resources and support. This essential role, and the valuable work you provide, will allow clients to receive effective care and help them develop the necessary skills to create a life of independence and sobriety. Responsibilities for Peer Support / Life Coach include, but not limited to: • Provides coaching support to adolescents participating in our Adolescent and Family Program through such means as helping clients practice skills and apply therapeutic strategies in real time. • Support adolescents and their family, part of our broader Adolescent and Family Program. • Participate as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with clinicians, family therapists, and Adolescent and Family program leadership. • Serve as a group co-facilitator, which includes the preparation of materials, facilitating structured activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive telehealth therapeutic environment. • Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards. • Communicate effectively with youth, caregivers, and clinical staff while maintaining appropriate boundaries and professionalism. • Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate practices for informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate practices informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate practices. Qualifications: • HIPAA Compliance • Bachelor’s degree OR current enrollment in a master’s degree program in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-risk or high-acuity youth, ideally in mental health, residential, school, or community-based settings. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with adolescents and families. • Ability to manage crises calmly and effectively with appropriate clinical support. • Availability to work the required schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 3:30–8:30 PM EST Education & Credentials: • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license • Complete Recovery Coach Trainings • Maintain state requirements • Currently maintaining sobriety (minimum of 1 year) • Must be a Certified Life Coach or Certified Peer Support License: CPRS or CLC or Equivalent Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 3:30 PM–8:30 PM EST (20 hours/week) Department: Adolescent & Family Services / Adolescent DBT Program Position Type: Part-Time Pay : $24,000 Work Location: Remote Aspire365 facilitates the treatment of behavioral health conditions including addiction medicine.
