Business Development Intern – Award Event About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team . This internship offers hands-on experience in event partnerships, client engagement, sponsorship outreach, and business growth strategies in the entertainment/events industry. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in identifying and approaching potential sponsors, partners, and collaborators. • Support the team in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. • Research industry trends, competitors, and potential leads to expand event outreach. • Coordinate with internal teams for sponsorship deliverables and client servicing. • Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring timely follow-ups. • Contribute creative ideas for revenue generation and partnership opportunities. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Interest in business development, sales, and event management. • Ability to conduct market research and present findings clearly. • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
