Outbound Sales Representative – Pavement Industry About the Role We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Outbound Sales Representative with a strong “hunter” mentality to help grow our pavement services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being social, building networks, and actively seeking out new opportunities across commercial, municipal, and residential sectors. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing service maps and proposals, and working directly with customers to understand their pavement needs—whether asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, repairs, or maintenance planning. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new sales opportunities in the pavement, asphalt, and concrete markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility owners, contractors, municipalities, HOAs, and decision-makers. • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand client contacts. • Conduct outbound calls, site visits, and follow-ups to generate and nurture leads. • Prepare pavement condition maps, scope-of-work outlines, and detailed proposals. • Collaborate with estimators and operations staff to ensure accurate proposals and seamless project hand-offs. • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. • Represent the company professionally on customer sites and during client meetings. Ideal Candidate • Outgoing, personable, and genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to people. • A natural hunter with a strong drive to find, pursue, and win new business. • Familiarity with pavement, asphalt, concrete, or construction services (preferred but not required). • Ability to read or learn pavement condition indicators and communicate project needs clearly. • Skilled at preparing maps, proposals, and customer-facing documentation. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple prospects simultaneously. • Experience with outbound sales, business development, or field sales is a plus. • CRM experience preferred.
