As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties. You'll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role. • You will provide superior patient service with compassion and care. • You will work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. • You will consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care. • You will oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing, and additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
