From our headquarters in Plymouth, Michigan, we support complex hardscape and architectural stone packages in competitive commercial environments. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our commercial project operations team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Plymouth, MI. What You’ll Do • Support project managers with coordination of commercial stone supply projects • Track submittals, approvals, RFIs, and project documentation • Communicate with general contractors, fabricators, suppliers, and internal teams • Monitor material schedules, lead times, and project milestones • Coordinate international and domestic logistics, including tracking global shipments, container schedules, and delivery timelines • Work with freight forwarders, ports, trucking companies, and suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery • Maintain accurate records within project management systems • Assist in ensuring projects stay aligned with contractual scope and timelines • Provide proactive updates and maintain clear communication across stakeholders Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working within project management systems • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience coordinating logistics or material deliveries Preferred • Experience in the hardscape or stone industry • Experience supporting commercial construction projects • Familiarity with international shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain processes Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation aligned with experience • Company-sponsored 401(k) plan • Health insurance coverage • Stable, in-office position within a growing organization Qualified candidates with commercial construction experience and strong coordination skills are encouraged to apply. #ConstructionCareers #ProjectCoordinator #CommercialConstruction #StoneIndustry #SupplyChain #Logistics #DetroitJobs #MichiganCareers
