If you are the type of woman who thrives in structured chaos, leads with foresight and integrity, and desires to be part of a missional movement in the coaching space—this is your seat at the table. You’ll drive strategic execution, oversee operations and marketing, lead a small but mighty team, and ensure all moving parts work together seamlessly behind the scenes of a 7-figure online business. You’ll work closely with Ashley (the CEO) to protect her time and bring her vision to life through smart systems, team management, and deep organizational insight. Ashley is a homeschool mom and aims to work 10-15 hours a week, and truly needs a right-hand person who can take the pressure and day-to-day management and operations off her plate. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Leadership • Translate company goals (weekly / monthly / quarterly) into tactical execution plans • Lead project tracking, maintain timelines, foresee and remove bottlenecks • Keep teams aligned and ahead of deadlines—projects run weeks in advance, not at the last minute Team & Intern Management • Oversee contractors, team members, and interns • Lead internship program: recruit, train, monitor progress, and refine structure • Delegate and coach so that over time, your role shifts from doing to orchestrating • Build a culture of ownership, growth, and excellence Systems & Continuous Improvement • Develop, document, and refine SOPs across all functions • Audit systems regularly and optimize for smoother workflows • Automate or outsource repetitive tasks as the role matures • Maintain a clean, organized digital infrastructure for seamless scalability Marketing Oversight & Support • Oversee marketing deliverables (emails, funnels, social, podcasts, campaigns) • Proof and quality-check marketing assets for voice, clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment • Step into content creation as needed—emails, social posts, show notes—especially during transitions or launches • Deeply understand messaging, funnel logic, customer journeys, offers, and campaign structure • Analyze performance metrics and partner with the CEO for iteration Sales & Conversion Support • Engage in sales calls, DM, email-based sales conversations with potential clients as needed (potential to grow) • Understand the full offer suite and confidently guide leads toward the right solution • Track conversions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in CRM or project boards • Support during launch periods with outreach, nurturing, and closing • Reflect the brand’s voice and values in every sales interaction—high-integrity and heart-led Partnerships & Outreach • Oversee podcast guest and collaboration outreach • Manage follow-ups and nurture relationships with potential partners and affiliates • Track outreach efforts, follow-up sequences, and open loops inside project systems • Support business development with strategic partnerships, networking, and visibility efforts • Represent the brand professionally and warmly in all external communication Client Experience & Communication • Manage client processes: onboarding, communication flows, reminders, and gifts • Handle support tickets, email, social media or client messages when needed with grace and brand alignment • Appear on live calls, group sessions, or events when required to support the CEO and clients CEO Partnership & Anticipatory Support • Think ahead—anticipate the CEO’s needs before she asks • Raise insights, risks, or opportunities proactively • Act as a strategic thought partner, not just a task executor • Represent the brand credibly on camera or in public-facing forums • Stay intimately familiar with all offers, curriculum, messaging, client experience, and internal systems Growth & Leadership Mindset • Constantly seek opportunities to iterate, refine, and grow • Begin with doing tasks where needed but aim to delegate or automate over time • Build systems that function without your daily intervention • Mentor, empower, and elevate team members rather than micromanage Role Growth & Flexibility • This is not a static role—your responsibilities will evolve as the business grows • You must be willing to jump in wherever needed, especially during launches, transitions, or unexpected shifts • Be open to new tasks, tech platforms, or challenges—even if they’re outside your current skill set • The goal is for you to refine, systematize, and eventually delegate many of your initial responsibilities • Long-term, you'll help shape the operational future of Ashley June Co. and grow into a trusted leadership role • “That’s not my job” isn’t in your vocabulary—you’re a solution-finder and servant-hearted leader who does what needs to be done General Requirements • Must be Holy Spirit-led, biblically grounded, and aligned with conservative Christian values • Available Monday–Friday, starting each week promptly on Monday morning • Flexible schedule, but must maintain reliable daily check-ins (1–2x/day) • Must have dedicated quiet work time or childcare in place — no multitasking with young children • Tech-savvy and a fast learner;
