If you're someone with deep marketing knowledge, an eye for high-end design, and a gift for both creative and strategic thinking—you’ll thrive here. You’ll be responsible for content creation, email strategy, funnel building, analytics, and campaign execution across multiple channels. You’ll help Ashley keep our brand voice consistent, our marketing assets sharp, and our lead generation efforts effective. You must be comfortable working independently, moving quickly, and adjusting to evolving priorities. Long term, you’ll grow into a front-facing, leadership-level role—overseeing interns, helping coach clients on marketing topics, and managing multi-channel marketing efforts with excellence and Holy Spirit-led insight. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution • Run email, funnel, and content campaigns from start to finish—strategy, design, testing, publishing • Coordinate and manage content calendars, product promos, and evergreen workflows • Use data and metrics to optimize copy, design, audience targeting, and delivery • Build and refine launch and evergreen marketing systems, emails, and sales pages Content Creation & Repurposing • Write direct-response and storytelling copy for emails, social media, and sales pages with brand-aligned voice • Turn raw video, ideas, or podcasts into multi-platform content (reels, posts, emails, blogs, etc.) • Ensure consistent messaging across platforms—email, social, web, podcast • Use Canva and design tools to build visually stunning, on-brand content assets Asset Development & Oversight • Always be in content creation mode—design, delegate, or write marketing assets weekly • Refine content production systems for efficiency and ease • Maintain brand integrity in every asset created or published • Manage interns or contractors for repurposing, scheduling, or publishing tasks Marketing System Optimization • Audit and update systems, SOPs, templates, and tools for campaign execution • Create brand-wide clarity and unison across all content types • Ensure backend infrastructure is clean, documented, and functional Market Research & Offer Development • Research industry trends, client pain points, and competitor gaps • Support Ashley in offer ideation, packaging, and funnel strategy • Help refine pricing models, launch assets, bonuses, and unique selling angles Channel Growth & Paid Ads (Future Growth) • Explore new marketing channels (Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and scale content appropriately • Support in building and managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns (with training if needed) • Track ad performance and partner with CEO on future expansion Front-Facing Client Support • Be available to assist clients with marketing-related tasks or feedback • Appear on calls, trainings, or community groups to provide client marketing support • Grow into a role that includes coaching clients on messaging, offers, and marketing strategy Intern Management & Delegation • Lead interns or junior team members in marketing-related tasks • Train, review, and quality-check their deliverables • Develop systems and processes to allow them to support you with excellence Work Ethic & Execution Style • Deadline-driven and extremely reliable—nothing slips through the cracks • Works weeks ahead of deadlines, not in reactive mode • Thinks strategically and anticipates what’s needed before it’s requested • Balances creative execution with data-driven insight and logic General Requirements • Must be a Holy Spirit-led Christian woman with biblically conservative values • Available Monday–Friday, starting each week promptly on Monday morning • Flexible schedule, but must maintain reliable check-ins and communication with the team • Must have extensive marketing experience (strategy, execution, funnels, campaigns, etc.) • Strong copywriting skills—direct response, storytelling, and conversion-focused writing • Excellent eye for design, aesthetic, and branding—Canva proficiency required • Confident on camera and in client-facing conversations • Familiarity with Kartra (or similar funnel platforms), Showit, Google Drive, Asana, Canva, Zoom, and Loom • Professional workstation setup—clean background, quality webcam, excellent audio • Reliable, fast computer (Mac preferred) and high-speed internet • Must have dedicated quiet work hours and/or childcare in place • No other employment exceeding 10 hours per week • Starting availability of ~10 hrs/week with desire to grow into 20+ hrs/week quickly • Long-term commitment (12+ months minimum;
