Job Description: • Develop the IT portfolio and Practice Success strategy for community oncology practices. • Deliver efficiently through strong operational focus and capability development. • Responsible for the development of engagement models and methodologies. • Develop relationships and interact with customers, including VPs and C-level executives. • Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve shared business outcomes. Requirements: • Typically requires 10+ years relevant experience • 8+ years of Director or above level experience in Account Management or Alliance Leadership • Strong understanding of healthcare clinical settings or retail front door • Strong track record in digital transformation and partnerships • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills in English • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., now or in the future, without support from McKesson.
