Your role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through their retirement and savings options. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience. - You will provide accurate information about retirement and government savings products. - You will resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary. - You will document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry regulations to provide current information. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing client feedback. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a client-focused mindset.
