Role Overview: As a Call Center Representative at Ascensus, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through their retirement and savings options with professionalism and care. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive client experience. - You will provide accurate information about retirement and government savings products and services. - You will resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. - You will document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry regulations to provide current information. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing client feedback and suggestions. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate a client-focused attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services or retirement savings industry. - Knowledge of government savings programs and regulations. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
