What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate a client-focused attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services or retirement savings industry. - Knowledge of government savings programs and regulations. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
