Role Overview: As a Call Center Representative at Ascensus, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, delivering exceptional service and support. Your role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our retirement and savings products. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience. - You will provide detailed information about Ascensus products and services to assist clients in making informed decisions. - You will resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary. - You will document client interactions accurately in our systems to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, client satisfaction, and productivity. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and customer service best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach. - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services or retirement savings industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with government savings programs and regulations. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid call center environment.
