Role Overview: As a Call Center Representative at Ascensus, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound client calls with professionalism and a client-focused attitude. - You will provide accurate information regarding retirement and government savings products. - You will resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience. - You will document client interactions and update account information accurately. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex client concerns. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all client interactions. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and service best practices. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services or retirement savings industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with government savings programs and regulations. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid call center environment.
