Role Overview: As a UKG Workforce Management Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment and optimization of UKG Workforce Management solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end implementation of UKG Workforce Management systems. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor solutions. - You will develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. - You will provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption. - You will monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. - You will ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. - You will coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for seamless integration. - You will analyze system performance and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - You bring 5+ years of experience in workforce management system implementation. - You bring strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management software. - You bring excellent project management and communication skills. - You bring the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. - You bring experience with ERP and payroll systems integration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare industry. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent). - Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. - Experience with remote team management.
