Job Title: UKG Workforce Management Implementation Manager Company Overview: Ascension is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health of communities across the nation. Role Overview: As the UKG Workforce Management Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment and integration of UKG Workforce Management solutions across Ascension’s operations. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless implementation, optimizing workforce processes, and driving efficiency through technology. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end UKG Workforce Management system implementations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including payroll, HR, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs. - You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet implementation goals. - You will provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness. - You will identify and resolve technical and operational issues during implementation phases. - You will monitor project progress and report status updates to senior leadership. - You will ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and recommending system enhancements. What You Bring: - You bring 5+ years of experience in workforce management system implementation, preferably with UKG or similar platforms. - You bring strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex technology deployments. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. - You bring a solid understanding of payroll, HR processes, and ERP systems integration. - You bring the ability to travel up to 50% as required for project needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare workforce management systems. - Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar). - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools related to workforce management. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
