How you'll make an impact in this role • Change Management Proficiency: You must have 2+ years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically to support impact assessments, planning, and execution within large-scale programs. • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: The role requires 2+ years of experience working with stakeholders to develop solution requirements and the ability to influence and manage expectations at various levels of the organization. • Strategic Communication & Storytelling: You need excellent verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical messaging into concise, engaging content for non-technical audiences. • Technical Enablement Support: You must be able to contribute to training roadmaps, develop stakeholder-specific content (such as training materials and communication plans), and facilitate instructor-led sessions for technical platforms. What minimum requirements you'll need Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking • Relevant Academic Background: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. • Professional Certification Interest: Foundational knowledge of or a demonstrated interest in obtaining Change Management certifications, such as PROSCI or CCMP. • Portfolio Familiarity and Technical Platform Literacy: A basic understanding of the Core Technology portfolio and its key stakeholders. Familiarity with technical platforms and the ability to support the education and coaching of end-users on these systems.
