Job Title: Sr. Analyst - MatrixCare and Post Hospital Living Data Company Overview: Ascension is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health of communities across the nation. Role Overview: As a Sr. Analyst specializing in MatrixCare and Post Hospital Living Data, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data to support decision-making and improve post-acute care services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive quality and efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will analyze MatrixCare and post-hospital living data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support clinical and operational teams. - You will collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and IT professionals to ensure data accuracy and relevance. - You will support data governance and compliance initiatives related to healthcare data. - You will provide insights that inform strategic planning and resource allocation. - You will troubleshoot data issues and recommend solutions to enhance data quality. - You will participate in projects aimed at optimizing post-acute care delivery. - You will communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related field. - Proficiency with MatrixCare software and healthcare data systems. - Strong skills in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel. - Experience with data governance and compliance standards in healthcare. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with post-acute care or long-term care data analytics. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. - Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R. - Prior experience working in a large healthcare system or data science institute.
