Job Title: Sr. Analyst - MatrixCare and Post Hospital Living Data Company Overview: Ascension is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health of communities across the nation. Role Overview: As a Sr. Analyst specializing in MatrixCare and Post Hospital Living Data, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data to support decision-making and improve post-acute care services. Your expertise will help drive strategic initiatives and optimize care delivery for patients transitioning from hospital to post-hospital settings. What You'll Do: - You will analyze MatrixCare and post-hospital living data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance patient care. - You will create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. - You will ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks. - You will support the development and implementation of predictive models to forecast patient outcomes. - You will stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics. - You will provide training and guidance to junior analysts and team members. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Ascension Data Science Institute. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably with MatrixCare. - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data insights. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques. - Knowledge of post-acute care workflows and healthcare regulations. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems beyond MatrixCare. - Advanced certification in data analytics or healthcare informatics.
