Responsibilities The Senior Director, System OH Finance will provide management support to all corporate entities without dedicated financial support teams and while also being responsible for communicating all Ascension OH performance and planning to top leadership. Understand, communicate, and plan for the appropriate level of total overhead spend for Ascension including leading sensitive conversations with top operational and financial leaders of Ascension Partner with corporate leaders on all their financial needs around budgeting, monthly actual results, and strategic initiative financial support Support corporate leaders within their own team meetings around financial results and business cases Providing monthly actual financial summaries that include analysis of variances, future outlooks, and action plans to get areas back on budget Provide positional control oversight by approving or denying positions in the system before recruitment Provides direct support and guidance to VP System Finance including representation when needed Fosters a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity, and equity to drive the associate experience Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
