Responsibilities Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies. Responsibilities: Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans. Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements. Conducts ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations. Direct staff. Manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction. Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred. Registered Nurse preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences Registered Nurse highly preferred.
