Responsibilities The Project Manager, Consumer Experience (CX) Technology Enablement - Implementations is a key member of the Consumer Experience Technology Enablement Team. This individual will work with key internal and external partners to implement technologies and enable digital experiences while keeping the consumer’s experience as a key priority. Key Responsibilities: Project Management - This role will be responsible for managing technology projects from initiation to closeout. These duties shall include, but not be limited to; identifying stakeholders, kicking off projects, developing schedules, leading go-to-market plans, coordinating project activities, removing roadblocks, ensuring timelines are met, and reporting out project status, risks, dependencies, and changes. This individual will be expected to manage varying types of technological projects and be able to pivot management techniques to meet the project requirements. CX Consultation - A key aspect of this role is being a voice for the consumer experience for technologies implemented by Ascension. The individual in this role will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technological implementations are executed with the best-in-class experience for our end-users. Cross-Functional Leadership - This role requires expertise to lead projects across cross-functional departments within the organization. This individual will be expected to be able to effectively manage both horizontally and vertically across several departments within a large-scale organization to successfully implement new products and services. Additional Responsibilities: Be the liaison between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables. Create and maintain project-related documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, kickoff decks, go-to-market plans, design documents, etc. Meet with project sponsors to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines. Help identify and allocate resources required for project execution. Track project progress against established goals and deliverables. Identify and report deviations from the project plan. Assist in ensuring project milestones are met. Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and generate project-related reports. Ensuring we are sensitive to operational needs, planning the right change strategy and sequencing, and driving progress. Support quality control and assurance efforts to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Facilitate communication among team members and departments. Assist in managing and resolving project-related issues and risks. Champions a strong CX fluency and understanding through clear communication across the system, markets, and CX organization. Accountable for planning & execution of go to market activities for assigned implementations (change management, training, communications, marketing, and sustainment planning) Fosters a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity, equity, and psychological safety to drive the associate experience in line with Ascension’s ABIDE framework. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology, digital programs, or project management Additional Preferences: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies Work history with an emphasis on the consumer experience is preferred. Any working knowledge of AI, IVRs, EHRs, CRMs, PRMs, ERPs, EMPs, Communication, and/or Scheduling Optimization digital solutions is a plus. Experience with healthcare and/or healthcare technologies is a plus, but not required.
