Responsibilities The Project Manager – Nudge and Value-Based Care will support the successful execution and ongoing management of digital outreach (“nudge”) campaigns and related value-based care initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Transformation, this role focuses on operational excellence—developing and maintaining processes, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that projects run smoothly and on time. This position partners closely with product managers, clinical operations leaders, data analysts, and other stakeholders to translate program goals into clear project plans, build the infrastructure needed to scale, and track progress against performance targets. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential to fostering collaboration across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once. Must be able to work independently, exercise good judgment, and bring structure to complex projects. Develops and maintains project management processes, tools, and documentation to ensure efficient and consistent execution. Creates project plans, timelines, and reporting structures to keep work on track and visible to stakeholders. Coordinates across cross-functional teams, including product managers, clinical operations, and data analytics, to align on goals and deliverables. Supports implementation of digital patient outreach campaigns and value-based care initiatives (e.g., programs tied to Medicare STARS ratings and reducing readmissions). Tracks project performance, identifies risks or issues, and escalates as needed to keep efforts moving forward. Helps establish repeatable processes to enable scale and reduce operational friction. Prepares progress updates and communicates outcomes to leaders and stakeholders. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels to enable effective collaboration and smooth program execution. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience 3–5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities. Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven success in building and maintaining processes. Experience working with clinical operations teams, product managers, or data analytics in a healthcare environment preferred. Familiarity with value-based care, Medicare/Medicaid programs, or digital patient engagement a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
