Join our team as a Process & Technology Manager for Technology Resiliency. Under the guidance of the Director: Provides technical and program leadership for aspects of the Ascension Technologies technology resilience / recovery components of the operational resilience program including: Technology resilience; Technology recovery; Risk assessment / mitigation; Recovery time / data loss improvement; Program / process / procedure development / documentation / communication / planning / forecasting; Quality measurement / continuous improvement Includes: Providing application and infrastructure technology expertise, architecture, resilience and recovery strategy, and recovery process / procedure knowledge to support recovery strategy and plan development, documentation, and implementation. Also involves: Developing program area plans / schedules; Developing / documenting resilience / recovery strategies; Developing / documenting resilience / recovery plans / documentation; Maintaining / validating strategies; Providing guidance / direction / priorities; Managing base data required for the program area; Performing assessments / analysis; Identifying / leading key initiatives / activities to address areas of opportunity; Leading technology resilience discussions / development / projects; Measuring, reporting, and driving continuous improvement in the program and technology resilience / recovery areas This is a hands-on role that includes providing technology expertise at an architecture / implementation level, project management, development / documentation of solutions, reporting, data analysis / clean-up, etc. This is not a "people-management" role. Responsibilities may include the following: Providing insights and expertise regarding recovery strategies, capabilities, processes, and procedures; Analyzing solutions, both vendor and external, for recovery capability, potential issues, risks, and improvements, Developing the overall program area plans / schedule for technology risk identification, resilience, and recovery; Managing / reporting on progress, challenges / issues, opportunities, and future activities Leading / project managing specific short-term, tactical initiatives as well as long term program activities associated with technology resilience / recovery Developing / leading technology resilience / recovery end-to-end and systems-specific risk assessment / management activities; Leading / driving impact analysis and related information maintenance, updates, evolution Leading the resiliency / recovery inputs in projects, implementations, architecture development, and so on; Works with the responsible teams to drive solutions forward providing project management, process / organizational knowledge, high-level resilience / recovery technology awareness to the solutioning; Leading / directing resiliency / recovery strategy development / documentation, maintenance, and validation; Provides project management, process / organizational knowledge, high-level resilience / recovery technology awareness to the solutioning; Leading / directing the identification of data sources, data gathering / reporting for analysis, detailed analysis, and effective summary, trending, and root-cause reporting related to technology resilience measures; Leading the investigation, identification, strategizing, data gathering / reporting, and ongoing monitoring / management of technology resilience / recovery measures that provide preventive capabilities to improve resilience; Leading / directing vendor technology resiliency, recovery, and management process / capability / plan assessments and works to improve those improvement opportunities; Provides project management, process / organizational knowledge, high-level resiliency / recovery technology awareness to the solutioning Other responsibilities as defined Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Preferences: At least 10 years of IT experience preferred.
