Role Overview: As a Process & Technology Manager within the Clinical Imaging Applications and Platforms department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing technology processes that support clinical imaging services. Your leadership will ensure seamless integration of technology solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across the department. What You'll Do: - You will lead the development and implementation of technology processes to support clinical imaging applications. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements. - You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. - You will oversee the integration of new technologies and platforms within clinical imaging workflows. - You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies related to technology use. - You will provide training and support to staff on new processes and technology tools. - You will analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management or technology leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or clinical imaging. - Strong knowledge of clinical imaging technologies and healthcare IT systems. - Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare technology environments. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar). - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. - Familiarity with emerging technologies in clinical imaging such as AI or machine learning. - Advanced technical skills in software platforms used in healthcare imaging.
